  1. Agree with you - fascinating. Mandy and Richelieu were, presumably, both homosexuals. But what they surely had/have in common is the capacity for utter sly cleverness. Think about this quote from the Cardinal: If you give me six lines written
    by the most honest man, I will find
    something in them to hang him. More and more I see Mandelbaum as a future PM unless a huge scandal finally brings him down. Toodle pip.
